I am getting a new job and they issue a credit card to all employees for job related expenses. I have extremely bad credit at the moment and I am worried that I will not be issued a card if they check my credit.

Chances are they already checked your credit before they offered you the job. Most companies do , so I wouldn’t worry about it
I’ve been in that situation…the company may have to guarantee your card, but they should still be able to procure you one. In the company I work at now, if they guarantee my card, I have to submit separate expense reports that cover everything I used the card for, and the company pays the card directly - I don’t process the payment. That way, they can monitor it, I guess, and make sure I don’t fall behind.
My credit isn’t stellar, but I was able to get a non-guaranteed card this time. The weird thing is, the last few times I’ve had a corporate card, they didn’t show up on my credit report, so I don’t know what that’s about.
you should be able to get one. i had bad credit when i started my job and they still gave me one.
corporate cards dont show up on your report unless you dont pay them.
