Will I still be able to get an appartment with bad credit but i very good paying job?

I have a good paying job though. Will I be able to get a place on my own with my boys? Dose anyone know how that works? I have never rented a place befor. I owned a home. My ex has that now. Just apply at a complex — they will approve or decline you

It depends on the apartment complex. They may require a larger deposit, or proof of housing history, meaning, proof that you’ve paid rent somewhere before. If you have rented in the past, they would want to check with the previous company. You might also need to get a roommate with better credit.

good luck finding apartment i dont think renting would have anything too do with your credit but your land lord yup….goodluck

In many places yes. Here you wouldn’t even have to have that good a job.

Absolutely!!! I have gotten an apt (a very nice one at that), with very bad credit (after a divorce). I had to pay 3 months rent as security, but it helped rebuild my credit and I had a place to live for my kids and me. Good luck to you hun….I have been there, and it *****!
