It will be hard for you to get a credit card at this time if you have a bad credit but I am sure it will be very easy to get a debt card.
If you get a debt card make sure they report it to credit bureau’s and make sure there is no orr little annual fee.

most likely you are applying for a higher card which now days are not giving out credit, so you need to apply for a lower end card use it for a few months just enough to build some credit and then you could apply for a better card and drop your fist one, check out under no credit.

Orchard Bank is one the most popular issuers. You’ll also have to decide between ’secured’ and ‘unsecured’. Since you won’t pay a security deposit with an unsecured credit card, I would try that first.
