I have horrible credit due to medical bills from a horrible car accident. yes, i know i should have settled my case with med bills included,i was young. so, anyways..My credit is Horrible! I am getting a good amount of money from my tax returns and want to get a secured credit card. my question is will it help my credit rating even with all of the bad marks on it? i was thinking it would show i am responsible now. I know it will take about a year and i am willing to do that. will i be able to get store credit cards sooner than 1 year/ and any info regarding secured credit cards, like which bank is best, etc would be greatly appreciated.
