Ok, so I interviewd for a great job yesterday it went great and I was offered the job the same day. I was told my salary and that I would start two weeks from now. The problem is I have bad credit! I have a credit card that has haunted me since 2003. I pay it to the point where the balance is so low then somthing comes up and its right back up again. It has absolutely ruined my credit. I have no criminal past, I dont do drugs, I have the experience and they really liked me.. Not to mention it pays $10,000 more than my current job. Help, Can i really be turned down for the job or can they overlook this one issue.

Even if your credit is poor, you can get bad credit credit cards. These cards are available even if you have declared bankruptcy. When you look for bad credit credit cards, be sure to look at the different credit card offers before you commit.
When you have bad credit and seek to obtain bad credit credit cards, you cannot expect to get the same low interest rates or rewards that credit card companies reserve for those who have been determined to be less of a credit risk. Bad credit is usually because of defaulting on loans or not paying bills on time. Generally, the worse your credit is, the worse the bad credit card offers will be. But that does not mean that you should not look for a competitive rate as well as terms.
Even bad credit credit cards have good terms that you can follow when you are borrowing money in this way. Look online at credit card offers for those with bad credit and you will see quite a myriad of choices. The things that you want to look out for when looking at credit card offers include the APR, fees and penalties.
You can still get a competitive APR rate even if you have bad credit. You just have to know which credit card offers have the best rates. This is done by researching the various types of bad credit credit cards and learning about the interest rates. The more research you do, the better the rates will become. You should not just take the first credit card offer that comes in the mail for you after your credit has crashed as chances are that you will get burned on rates. Look for credit card offers that feature a low APR.
Fees are another thing that you have to consider when you are looking for bad credit credit cards. Fees can be substantial and can be paid every month. You should look for credit card offers that feature little or no fees when you are looking for credit cards. You can find even those credit cards that cater to those with bad credit will have low or no fees. You should look to save money any way that you can when you are looking for credit card options.
Another factor to look into when you are looking for credit card offers is penalties. What are the penalties for going over the limit? What are the penalties if you are late in paying? Some credit card companies even double the minimum monthly payment that you have to pay if you fall behind on your payments. If you have bad credit, look for credit cards that are more lenient when it comes to penalties for late payments, but try to keep your payments current.
You can find out everything that you need to know about bad credit credit cards by going online and looking up credit card offers on a site that will display offers on the credit cards. You can look for a competitive APR, low fees and low penalties by shopping online.

I see offers on the internet they are supposed to help you rebuild your credit, but they all have annual fees around 80 bucks and interest rates around 15%. Would it be worth it to raise my credit score,or should I just wait for my score to increase by paying all my bills and then get a card that will cost less?
